FAQ


What is your average turnaround time, from initial contact to shipment?
The average turnaround time depends on product and quantity ordered. Usually 1 - 4 weeks.

Do you have a storefront?
No, we no longer have a storefront but we communicate quite successfully through e-mail and over the phone.

Do you have pre-printed invitations in stock?
No, we do not have invitations in stock because invitations are made to your specification. Even the fill-in invitations are made to your specifications. We strive to give the client the unique invitations they want for their special day. However we will do more common invitations if that's what you want.

What are the prices of your invitations, RSVP cards, place cards, etc.?
Pricing ranges anywhere from $.25 - $6.25. The higher price being higher priced materials and hand cut invitations.

Is there a minimum or maximum quantity I have to purchase?
No, while we usually sell in quantities of 25, 50, 75, 100 we will sell less than 25 and more than 100.

Do you charge a set-up fee?
No, we do not charge set-up fees even if you wish to add a photo or your original artwork to your order.

What do you charge for shipping/delivery?
If your order is over $100 you will receive free shipping otherwise shipping depends on where you are located and whether you would like your order shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx.  If you live in the Denver Metro area we hand deliver free of charge.
